Club Policies

Club Dress Code

Jackets and neckties should be worn by gentlemen and similarly appropriate attire for ladies in the Great Hall and other public areas of the Club at all times. Casual Attire is permitted in the Tap Room, the Indian King Lounge (Game Room), Governors Room, and Library. 
 
Casual attire is defined as a collared shirt and long pants. 
Jeans, athletic shoes, flip flops and shorts are never permitted.

Cell Phone Usage

Cellular phone usage is not permitted in the Clubhouse.

Member Reservation Cancellation

To cancel a reservation, the Club requires that notice be received three business days prior to an event.  Any cancellation received less than three business days prior to an event will result in a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the ticket price for all tickets reserved by that Member.  No shows will incur a charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the ticket price for all tickets reserved by that Member.
