Club Policies

Club Dress Code

Jackets and neckties should be worn by gentlemen and similarly appropriate attire for ladies in the Great Hall and other public areas of the Club at all times. Casual Attire is permitted in the Tap Room, the Indian King Lounge (Game Room), Governors Room, and Library. 
 
Casual attire is defined as a collared shirt and long dress pants or tasteful blue jeans. 
Athletic shoes, flip flops, t-shirts and shorts are never permitted.

Cell Phone Usage

Cellular phones are permitted in the Clubhouse, however, we ask that you keep your phone on silent at all times. If you need to make or receive a phone call, please step outside of the club as to not interrupt other Members.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a reservation, please notify the Club three business days prior to an event.  Any cancellation received less than three business days prior to an event will result in a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the price for all spaces reserved by that Member.  No shows will incur a charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the event price.
